No, you don’t have to. Some of our clients give us a key or their lock codes. Other clients leave us a key in safe place each time. If you have a house alarm, you can either turn it off prior to our visit or give us the entry/exit codes. The majority of our clients prefer to give us their house key and alarm codes, to simplify our visit.

In most cases, we work in teams of 2 to 5 people including the Crew Leader, depending on the day’s schedule.

No, you do not. We have all the cleaning products needed to clean your house/office.

Yes, most of the time. The crew leader will be the same, some of the crew members may vary from time to time due to work scheduling.

Yes, all of our crew members are trained and every cleaning crew has a crew leader, to make sure we meet our cleaning guidelines.

Cash or personal check; for house cleaning: if you will not be home at the time of service, please leave your payment on your kitchen counter. For office cleaning: arrangements will be made with the E & M Cleaning Services supervisor, prior to your first cleaning.

Yes, we will do what we have agreed to do. If for some reason we fail to do so, all you have to do is let us know that you are not happy within 48 hour of our service and we will return and clean said area.

Yes, we participate on E-Verify.

Yes, we are bonded and have liability insurance, if you would like we will send you an insurance certificate, validating our insurance.

10. What if I want something cleaned that is not part of your house/office cleaning service?

For special requests, you can talk to our crew leader or, call our office to talk to a supervisor who will be able to tell you if we can accommodate your needs. Our office number is (480) 786-4404
